Among them, “SAKURAO GIN ORIGINAL” is also awarded Superior Gold given to one of the most excellent product among the gold awards.<\/p>\n

\u25a0What is\u201cTokyo Whisky and Spirits Competition\u201d?<\/p>\n

The “Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition” (sponsored by the TWSC Executive Committee) is Japan’s first whisky & spirits competition. With the deep knowledge and passion of Japanese whisky and spirits enthusiasts and experts, it aim to evaluate the world’s whiskies and spirits and to make high-quality whiskies and spirits widely known at home and abroad. This year, which began in 2019 and celebrated its fourth time, there were 519 exhibits from Japan and overseas. With the strict blind tasting which the brand name is concealed, 23 products for Superior Gold, 189 products for Gold, 190 products for the silver award, and 82 products for the bronze award were decided.<\/p>\n

Whiskies and spirits from all over the world are gathered in Japan, and high quality whiskies and spirits producted in Japan are also gathered too. They have won numerous awards at liquor competitions held in the United Kingdom and the United States. “Japanese whisky” and “Japanese spirits” are recognized as one of the categories in the world.<\/p>\n

SAKURAO GIN ORIGINAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

A gin that utilizes 9 kinds of botanicals, including fresh citrus from Hiroshima, and is distilled using a combination of steeping and vapor methods. Besides 9 kinds of botanicals from Hiroshima, 5 kinds of imported botanicals such as juniper berry and coriander seed are also used for SAKURAO GIN ORIGINAL. The fusion of a citrus-like aroma with the traditional taste of gin is the most distinctive feature of our original gin.<\/p>\n
